OAK FRAMEWORK KITCHEN

A one-of-a-kind kitchen designed and fabricated in solid white oak, with a substantial oak island at its center. Appliances and kitchen equipment are integrated directly into the furniture, allowing the functional elements to remain quiet within a simple, cohesive form. The same language of solid oak, soft curves, and carefully resolved details continues through the surrounding cabinetry, window frames, doorways, and architectural openings, extending into the adjacent study. Concealed storage and integrated functions are developed as part of the furniture rather than added afterward, including a coffee station and a custom sliding-door mechanism created specifically. Designed around the client's space and way of living, the project combines traditional woodworking with a contemporary approach to kitchen furniture.
