A small bakery where craftsmen carefully bake bread every day.

We worked on everything from design to construction and display furniture production with a limited space and cost and made the shop that looks like an exhibition space with bread as the main character with a sharp look.

The space we created is that the craftsmanship in daily work makes for the customers feel attractive, by the way that the plan that takes into consideration the work flow line and line of sight, the production that shows the flow from baking to display by turning the baking kiln toward the sale floor side. Moreover, we designed a simple interior that is suitable as a background for bread while valuing the warmth of wood.
